Make a direct impact on our community through the Orange Bag Campaign for Hungerford Elementary School in Eatonville, in partnership with one of our local partners, Every Kid Outreach (EKO).
It's simple: pick up an orange bag, fill it with specified items below, and drop it off. Your contribution, no matter how small, sends a powerful message of care and support to local families. Join us in this accessible and impactful opportunity to serve our city!
How to participate?
Step 1: Purchase non-perishable food items in the list assigned to the first letter of your last name.
Canned Veggies and Milk (A-J)
- Canned corn, green beens, tomatoes, peas, carrots, beans
- Shelf stable milk
Shelf-stable meals (K-S)
- Canned pasta, ravioli, soup, chili, cup of noodles
- Pasta and Pasta Sauce
- Easy Mac, Tuna/Tuna Kits
- Peanut Butter, Jelly, and individual cups of cereal
Shelf-stable snacks (T-Z)
- Fruit snacks and fruit cups, apple sauce
- Nuts, Poptarts, snack bars, oatmeal pies
- Goldfish, Chips and Crackers
Have extra non-perishables?
Additionally, if you have items that are not in your designated category, stick them in the bag anyway!
Step 2: Place food items in the cart outside the main entrance on Sunday before the service or Monday-Tuesday, 8am-11am.
